Ik nam deel aan de lancering van de nieuwe fase van het CortexIA2-project in de gebouwen van Net Brussel. Dankzij artifici\u00eble intelligentie zal deze technologie het mogelijk maken om de netheid van de Brusselse straten beter te meten en de interventies af te stemmen op de realiteit op het terrein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Gegevens in plaats van subjectieve beoordelingen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zestien camera\u2019s, ge\u00efnstalleerd op evenveel reinigingsvoertuigen, analyseren met behulp van artifici\u00eble intelligentie de netheid van de openbare wegen. Deze analyse zal objectieve gegevens opleveren om zones die extra aandacht vereisen te identificeren en de doeltreffendheid van de uitgevoerde acties te meten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deze evolutie betekent een belangrijke verandering in de manier waarop openbare netheid wordt beheerd: <em>dankzij CortexIA reinigen we de stad niet langer op basis van gewoontes, maar op basis van de realiteit op het terrein. Elke gegevensverzameling maakt een gerichte actie mogelijk. We evolueren van een beheer op basis van vaste rondes naar een Gewest dat zich voortdurend aanpast aan zijn behoeften.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het is niet de bedoeling om menselijk werk te vervangen, maar wel om de terreinploegen bijkomende hulpmiddelen aan te reiken zodat zij effici\u00ebnter kunnen optreden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Een partnerschap tussen het Gewest en de gemeenten<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na een eerste pilootfase in 2024 zet het project vandaag een nieuwe stap met de deelname van de Stad Brussel, Anderlecht en Elsene. Samen versterken het Gewest en de gemeenten hun samenwerking om een effici\u00ebntere en beter geco\u00f6rdineerde aanpak van openbare netheid uit te bouwen. De steun van Fost Plus en de begeleiding door het Zwitserse bedrijf CortexIA zijn daarbij essenti\u00eble elementen voor het succes van dit project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deze nieuwe testfase zal meer dan 700 kilometer wegen in het Brussels Gewest bestrijken, een gebied dat vijf keer groter is dan tijdens de oorspronkelijke proefperiode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Van een pilootproject naar een grootschaligere testfase<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sinds mei rijden een vijftiental voertuigen uitgerust met camera\u2019s dagelijks door de Brusselse straten. Gedurende een jaar zullen de verzamelde gegevens het mogelijk maken om de meest voorkomende soorten zwerfvuil, hun locatie en hun evolutie in de tijd in kaart te brengen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deze testfase moet toelaten om de werkelijke impact van het netheidsbeleid te evalueren en de inzet van menselijke en materi\u00eble middelen te optimaliseren waar die het meest nodig zijn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Naast de technologische innovatie wil ik benadrukken dat netheid in de eerste plaats een kwestie van menselijke inzet blijft. <em>Niets van dit alles zou mogelijk zijn zonder het dagelijkse werk van de medewerkers van Net Brussel en de gemeentelijke diensten.
